Communication Fiber Optic Cable Positioning Nail-shaped Electronic Marker ED1000-XR (101.4KHZ) adopts a nail-shaped structure, typically used for supplementary marking of already buried pipelines or underground facilities, or for ground-level supplementary marking of pipelines where excavation is inconvenient. For newly installed shallow-buried underground facilities or pipelines, it can also be installed alongside these underground facilities or pipelines.
Communication Fiber Optic Cable Positioning Nail-shaped Electronic Marker ED1000-XR (101.4KHZ) is designed and manufactured according to international standard frequencies, compatible with electronic marker detectors also designed and produced based on international standard frequencies (in no-ID mode). The ED1100 can also be configured with RFID chips supporting both ASK and FSK modulation modes, turning it into an electronic information marker. Through the ID number in the marker, ground detection personnel can clearly confirm that what they have found is the marker pre-buried by the user unit, without suspecting interference signals or markers buried by other units. For ID markers, after obtaining the ID number, ground detection personnel can search for related information of the marked object (such as type, specifications, pre-backfill photos, etc.) stored in the cloud database via the ID number, enabling visual management of underground pipelines or facilities.
The ED1100-ID-RW marker, equipped with an FSK RFID chip, also supports directly writing simple information like the type and specifications of the marked object into the internal chip of the marker using the ED8000 V400 detector before backfilling. This provides a more direct information management solution for remote areas with poor wireless signals or user units that cannot upload marked object information to the cloud due to information security concerns.

3. Installation Instructions
During installation, use an impact drill to bore a hole in the concrete or asphalt pavement above the underground pipeline, insert the nail marker into the hole, and then seal the hole with cement or asphalt.
Install vertically along the path at intervals of 10-20m based on importance, with a burial depth not exceeding 0.6m, a minimum horizontal distance of 2.5cm from the marked object, and a minimum spacing of 1m between two adjacent markers.
Step 1: Determine the pipeline location and set the marker position
Step 2: Use a drilling machine to create a hole 10~50cm deep, then place the marker inside
Step 3: Seal the drilled hole with cement
